While we do not offer refunds on paid subscription services or digital content, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive what has been promised and experience the value we aim to deliver.
14-Day Free Trial
We currently offer a 14-day free trial for new users to experience the platform before any payment is required. This allows users to explore the capabilities of the system without financial risk. The trial period may be extended or discontinued at our discretion, and such changes will be reflected on our website.
What’s Covered Under Warranty
- Access to features and services promised in your selected plan.
- Up to three (3) revisions on any custom website or funnel builds that are manually designed by our team (excludes AI-generated builds).
- Assistance resolving technical issues that result from platform malfunctions under normal use.
Limitations & Exclusions
We are unable to issue refunds or warranty coverage for the following:
- Monthly or annual subscription fees once paid.
- Usage-based fees including but not limited to:
- SMS message costs
- Email sends or verifications
- Phone calls or voice agent minutes
- A2P registration and number setup fees
- Content created by the user, whether self-written or AI-generated.
- Revisions on any websites or funnels not built by our internal team.
- Failures caused by improper usage, third-party integrations, or systems outside our control.
Special Circumstances
While our general policy does not allow for refunds on subscriptions or digital products, we recognize that rare exceptions may arise. In such cases, we evaluate the situation in good faith and may issue a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.
