Official Rules — AI Growth Giveaway

Open only to legal residents of the United States.

Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Must be a business owner or authorized business decision-maker.

Void where prohibited by law.

The Giveaway begins on September 1, 2025 and ends on September 19, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

All entries must be received before the Entry Period closes.

Limit: one (1) entry per person/business.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner:

- 100% off the standard $397/month subscription rate for Chat Starter AI for 12 months.

- Approximate Retail Value: $4,764.

Five (5) Runner-Up Winners:

- $150/month off the standard $397/month subscription rate for 12 months.

- Approximate Retail Value: $1,800 each.

Ten (10) Consolation Prize Winners:

- $100/month off the standard $397/month subscription rate for 12 months.

- Approximate Retail Value: $1,200 each.

The following usage limits apply to all prize subscriptions:

- Making Calls (per minute – system not intended for outbound): 0

- Receiving Calls (per minute): 1,000 included; overage $0.0128/minute

- Text Messages (per segment): 1,000 included; overage $0.0221/segment

- Outbound Emails: 10,000 included; overage $0.001/email

- Premium Workflow Triggers/Actions: 350 included; overage $0.015/trigger or action

- Email Verifications (every 90 days): 2,500 included; overage $0.0037/verification

- AI Funnel Builds: Unlimited

- AI Content Generation: Unlimited

- AI Image Generation: Unlimited

- Conversation AI (AI Chatbot Messages): Unlimited

- Voice AI (Voice Agent Minutes – not phone minutes): Unlimited

- AI Customer Review Replies: Unlimited

Participants are responsible for any overage charges incurred beyond the included usage limits.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted using a transparent randomization method (such as a random number generator).

Drawing will take place during a Facebook Live event on September 21, 2025.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be announced live on Facebook and contacted directly via the email provided during entry.

Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim within the timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

This giveaway requires at least 25 valid entries to activate. If fewer than 25 are received, we reserve the right to adjust the prizes or extend the entry period.

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust prizes, extend the Entry Period, or cancel the Giveaway if minimum participation requirements are not met.

Any such changes will be communicated publicly via the Sponsor’s Facebook page and/or website.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or overage charges beyond the prize discount.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, errors, or unauthorized human intervention that may impact entry or selection.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, business name, likeness, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
